Due to last seasons wetest Spring ever recorded, the crops were set back for our planting season. That then pushed all of us Farmers Harvest, back also. During our Deer Season there were still alot of standing crops still in the fields threw our rifle season. This provided more cover to hide alot of deer. Another factor was that it was a wet and warm Fall, where the rut was over by the time rifle season hit, sending the bucks back into surviver mode. Due to a different year then normal, many people including myself expect an awesome year this 2010 season. Seoson of 2009 we got a few good bucks with a bow from 135 to a 160 inches. Only had a couple rifle hunters and they both missed great deer.
